I guess that I didn't realize I had to use the app. When I went to drop off the truck, the person behind the register said I had to look at my contract to return the truck. My contract had nothing on it, then I realized it was in the app. I don't like to keep adding apps to my phone, but luckily this time I did. It will be deleted once I'm totally done with this rental. I was disappointed that I had to go back out and take a bunch of pictures and that the pick-up/drop off location didn't come out to look at the truck. It would be helpful to tell people what is needed when picking up and dropping off the truck. This was the first time I used the app and I was totally confused. Don't think I will do this again.

The air conditioner system needs to be recharged. It was very warm in the cab. Everything else was okay.

Well since going paperless, which thank you by the way for saving the trees and allowing us to breathe oxygen, but at the same time, it loses things when you type them in and then when someone calls you, it rearranges everything and you get charged $265 For a drop off when you selected that drop off…. I will never recommend this company to anybody ever again! I used to rent U-Haul trucks so much that the location I used to rent from got the biggest Christmas bonus they ever received along with the quarterly bonus and I talked about the quarterly meetings, I guess that’s what happens when you drop three months worth of paychecks equaling over $7000 at Uhaul…. It was free advertisement I didn’t get paid for but I did a lot of business for you but now when I needed to go 30 miles, 40 miles at max… you try to charge me $312.00 for a a ten inch truck at $19.95/day and 0.79/mile…… Why would I drive it back to a location that is 30 miles out of the way when I chose to drop it off a mile and a half from where I needed to go…. I drove the truck so little, but I didn’t even need to put any gas in it when I drove it. It was still on a full tank…. Make that makes sense but here Uhaul is raping us of our hard earned money so they can sit up in their fancy houses with their fancy cars and their kids don’t have to worry about crap for the rest of their lives while us are out here working ourselves to death!!!!!

After I left, they charged me a cleaning fee. With the few items we moved, we could not have made the truck dirtier than when we received it. It was terribly smelly when I received it.
