There was damage inside the interior of the van; the speaker on the back door was busted out and there were 2 serious tears in the matting. The van looked like it hadn’t been swept out or wiped down in months. I took pictures so I would not be charged, swept out the back and cabin as well as wiped it down. When I told the guy, he just smiled with no thank you or okay. There was an issue with the bill and he said “I don’t do accounting, it’s Customer Service fault if any issues, call them”. Wow.

SHEREE RPicked up truck and it was never cleaned out. It had dirt and leaves in the back part. ONLY had 1/4 tank of gas so I had to run and put more gas in it first b4 I could move as well as the windshield was full of snow & ice so I had to clean it off in order to be able to see and drive it. I rented once before per under my son's name and we had no issues hence why I went with Uhaul again. It looks like I wasn't charged the FULL amt since I returned it early. Also, since it ONLY had 1/4 tank of gas in it, I put $20 in it and used it so I went ahead and put more gas in it and ended up putting too much since it took it to 1/2 tank which is how I returned it. The lady said that I would not receive credit for the gas which is not fair since the 1st time we used a Uhaul, the truck tank was FULL and I just had to refill it to the top.. It ALSO broke down on me. I had to find someone to jump start me bc it wouldn't start. Dont know it it's a bad battery or the alternator is going out? It was a miserable rental.
