Person I picked up the van from was very friendly and helpful. Van was in great shape.
Ross WThere was damage inside the interior of the van; the speaker on the back door was busted out and there were 2 serious tears in the matting. The van looked like it hadn’t been swept out or wiped down in months. I took pictures so I would not be charged, swept out the back and cabin as well as wiped it down. When I told the guy, he just smiled with no thank you or okay. There was an issue with the bill and he said “I don’t do accounting, it’s Customer Service fault if any issues, call them”. Wow.
