MICHAEL WRemove your staff. She is rude and disrespectful. She tries to insult the customer by acting as though they don’t understand what time and date selected is, and will try to charge for an additional day. I would not recommend anyone to do business at this location if this no common sense worker is there. Additionally, the truck clearly stated the tire pressure was low. She rented the truck out anyway and when I mentioned it to her, she said she knew about that and keeps forgetting to go and add the correct tire pressure. I guess her common sense did not kick in for her to realize the danger she put “me” the customer in, or she didn’t care. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location.
ANGELA GSummer was amazing! She helped me with so much more than was expected. I decided to rent from this location because of the high ratings and it did not disappoint. When your renting on a time schedule its important to have communication. Its worth a drive for a few more miles you may have to pay. Thank you Summer!

TIMOTHY BThe customer service left a bit to be desired. When the front desk employee learned where we were moving, she looked at me and said, “Why??” It was already a rough morning with the location and truck size changes and didn’t need that on top of it.
Brooke PLocation is clean and convenient. One thing that would be better is the option to drop trailers after hours. Had to keep the trailer longer than I needed and make an extra trip because of this.

NOTORREY WWonderful experience. We rented an enclosed trailer so we could move while it was raining. The lady I rented from at this location was was so helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend this location to rent from. Trailer was in excellent condition, clean inside and stayed completely dry during.

Kevin BI had to travel 40 miles out of Houston because they updated my pick-up location that I scheduled a month in advance which is 1 mile from my home. Those 80 miles put me over my mileage limit by 23 miles ( $26 extra at drop off). Other than that, it was nice!
