The link was not working properly for me to enter in my mileage and fuel information. I was charged for not putting fuel in truck, which wasn't true because we stop and purchase fuel from the gas station right down the street. I'm not sure if the rep in the office read the fuel gauge incorrectly. I called and left several messages. No one returned my call. I call back.right before closing and was told that nothing they could do in the office because truck was rented back out that morning. This was very bad experience.
