Charles JHi, We passed by the location several times looking for a U haul sign or truck or trailers from the road none were visible, they were all behind the building in the back. You should at least have a U-Haul sign posted somewhere on the premises to let your customers that you are here . it can only help business., besides that all went well, thanks.
David MThey charged my account for 3 days of late return in the amount of $64.50. I DID NOT return the trailer late. It was dropped off Feb 10th mid afternoon. I wasn’t even in town when they say I dropped it off. I’ve had to cancel my card so my bank can investigate fraud, as I DID NOT approve this charge. They did not notify me about the charge just took my money. I’m paying for their incompetence.

Michael ECheck-in person was very nice however, trailers was very dirty on the outside and should have been clean. Also, a bit more accesible to the customer. Had to drive into a parking area full of pot holes (full of water) and mud!

JAMES RThe way Uhaul describes this trailer is very misleading. I rented this thinking it was 6 feet wide. It is, but you can't load anything over 4 feet up the ramp. I could not move what I rented this trailer for, so I spent this money for nothing. Thanks.

James hThere was an apparent trainee working with the normal worker, and the process was still quite smooth and straightforward. With that said, from what the workers were paging through, some of the checks for checking in the customer could probably be consolidated to fewer web pages or program pages in order to streamline the process. This was probably the slowest part of the process was checking all the boxes and cycling through the pages, even after I (the customer) pre-arranged the rental. Of course, they were checking the options I selected and caught some issues on equipment (the dolly) that wasn't available at the site and ensured I wasn't overcharged or charged for things I wouldn't have access to. If the bulk of this information was consolidated into one page, possibly as an itemized list, it could potentially make the experience even better. That said, this was an excellent experience. Thank you very much!

DENNIS JReserved 10 foot truck 6 weeks in advance. When I arrived at designated time it was not available at original pick up spot Merit truck stop Labelle Florida. Marc, regional mgr took over arrangements and found me a truck at another location and I was on my way. If not for his efforts I would not have been a happy customer. Well done Marc

Amy CRent out serviceable equipment. I was rented a 20 foot truck with a defective box door. It took a stronger than me guy at the pick up point to pull the door down. After loading the truck I could not pull the door down and it rained on the cargo at the back of the box. A friend helped pull the door partially down and the right side cable snapped. We had to cut the left side to get the door down. Unloading...I had to get help to get the door up and safely locked to the roll guide with vice grips. Lane rented me the truck unawares of the defect. He was very helpful and I do not fault him. Managers at the tent out location need to have a tighter grip on maintenance and operations issues and procedures. I will not rent from them again.
ROBERT CI should have checked before renting but truck I rented had no cruise control . Otherwise very reasonable in price and great location which avoids Labelle draw bridge and the town if you are moving to points North. Great and helpful people assisting you. Thanks
