Facility was okay and the person was great. They did not have all the equipment I reserved. Also I had called Knoxville to see about a military discount. They came back with a lower cost, but somehow the insurance was dropped. Check to see if my receipt is correct . Make sure the destination has the equipment reserved.

My only problem was the company set my drop-off location to a 30 minute drive, when there were multiple locations within 10 minutes from my destination. Cost extra fuel to drop off where they wanted it taken to.
