Only critic is when picking up the truck, it would be beneficial to the customer if it is pointed out that you have limited mileage. I've rented uhauls before and never run into being limited on how far you can drive it. We saw it on the contract after we were charged when returning it and understand it's our fault for not reading it fully, but it would be nice if it is pointed out at the beginning of renting it.

PAMELA SWonderful service and hospitality provided by the office staff! My rental was ready to go when I got there, I found out that something I needed to haul was too big for the van that I had originally rented, I called and they quickly were able to trade it out for a bigger box truck! Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to rent a U-Haul and I will only use them in the future.
