I have rented MANY U-Haul trailer for my work. This was by far the BEST experience I have had, for renting a U-Haul! When I got to A&M, they were very efficient with my time. All the other locations, I have dealt with have taken near an hour, if not longer... At A&M, I was in and out and on the road in less than 20 minutes!!! Very rude people and Charged me a cleaning fee for no reason and charged me for 3 days when I only had it for 2 days said I returned it at 10 am this morning when I had returned it the night before. the roof of the truck also had a hole that was leaking (looked like it had been patched before) it got my new recliner very wet and a bunch of my boxes. Very disappointed this is unacceptable for being over charged and damaging my stuffJOHNNY M.
This was a 2nd location since our confirmed location of KK Detailing in Georgetown was CLOSED without being notified. Since we don't do mobile check-in, we were not able to get the truck. After 40 minutes on phone with UHaul, we were able to secure another truck from A&M, but Paris is over 20 miles from Georgetown. VERY stressful and even UHaul said the closure should NOT have happened without notification. For people who cannot check in online, this was devastating. I would have given KK a "1" Poor on review, but my reservation number with them had been deleted from UHaul data base. 3 others were there that morning having the same problem with KK. A&M is excellent, and friendly and helpful. But just not as convenient to Lexington/Georgetown.DENNIS F.
They jump started the truck, and didn't give me any knowledge of the trailer and how to attach it and take it off, and I had to phone a friend to show me how to secure my car on the ramp. Plus the Uhaul died on me and I had to wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes at a rest stop. I was afraid to turn the truck off after that.William G.

First it took over 45 minutes to actually get the uhaul over the phone because online said my reservation had expired and it would not let me re enter my email address. So had to wait at the garage that was closed and call uhaul to redo Everything I had already completed on thier website previously over the phone manually through a uhaul representative. Which took over 45 mins due to internet and or website difficulties. Then had to give two different debit/credit card numbers to verify payment. Was an out of the ordinary beyond unreasonable experience just to pick up my uhaul which I had already scheduled and had a confirmation number for.Rebecca D.

I had reserved a truck to pick up at 11:00, when I got to the location at 10.39 and called the u haul company for assistance because the online service would not work for me. It took 4 times to call and I got hung up on 3 times. The owner of the building I picked the u haul up at had to call for me and get assistance for me to get a truck. The truck I requested was not even there and I still had to pay over $80 dollars for a truck that I only used for 3 and a half hours. I will never use this service again and will post this on social media and let everyone know how bad the service was. Know one was of help and it is so sad that there is no such thing as personal service.Joanna P.

Problem is with uhaul. Not the location of A&M Motors. I booked two different trucks, one a 20 ft and one a 26 ft that Uhaul said was available at my location. Upon pickup neither were there and I had to use a 15 ft and make multiple trips . I was moving from Paris Ky to Georgetown Ky and they wanted me to go to Cynthiana Ky to get a truck. Most pathetic run business I have ever dealt with. Not happy at all and would not recommend Uhaul to anyone.Jeff L.

When I first made the reservation it said there were no trailers at this location and the closest was several miles away. I made the reservation but was called by U-Haul in a few minutes telling me the local agent had 3 trailers which was much more convenient. Thank goodness they followed up and let me know. This is my third trailer rental with this move and I highly recommend pre-registering online. It saves a ton of time at he rental site.Daryl B.

The lady taking my reservation information was very kind! This has something to do with the communications between the online system and the system at the locations. The online system allowed me to pick a drop off location, but when I picked up the truck, we had to go through the process of selecting the drop off location again. Dropped off Saturday after business was closed for the day. Apparently I drove the vehicle 1/3 of a mile over the allotted mileage for the day. Have responsible area managers. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 7 a.m. The keys were not in the truck I tried calling the area manager several times he did not answer the phone finally I called 1 800 U-Haul the first call I was put through to the area managers voicemail again the second time they took my whole order out of the system then the area manager finally calls and says he put the keys somewhere other than what I was told I finally got my truck two and a half hours later. Then when I dropped the truck back off I was charged an extra $12 which I feel is ridiculous I should get some money refund it to me for all of the trouble I had to go through just to get the truck in the first place I will never use your services again nor will I recommend your services to anyone.JAMIE W.
