We rented a U-Haul trailer for a week and scheduled our pickup for Saturday. The posted business hours were 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but that morning the owner called and told us we needed to pick it up before noon. When we arrived before noon, he told us we were lucky because he was about to leave to go fishing. When it came time to return the trailer, I didn’t trust that anyone would be there on Saturday based on our pickup experience, so I returned it on Friday instead. We arrived at 2:00 PM, well within the posted business hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After no one was there, we had to call the business. The owner answered and told us he was out to lunch and that we would have to wait an hour before he could return. Throughout the entire rental, every interaction we had was with the owner, and he was consistently rude and unprofessional. If you’re going to advertise business hours, customers should be able to rely on them. Telling customers to change their pickup time because you’re leaving early and making them wait during posted business hours is unacceptable. I expect much better customer service from a U-Haul dealer. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not rent from this location again. Will never return to this horrible place or recommend to anyone else.

Jonathan GThe location is hard to get to with traffic, the lot is too small to accommodate the number of trailers. I had to call and have the regional people call to have him finalize my return.
JEFFREY DI never agreed to changes on my drop off location, this was very inconvenient for myself and unprofessional in your part, when I called I was told if I did not drop off where I was changed to I will have to pay a fee for dropping off the trailer in a different location
