Abawa and Sons was great. The Uhaul app, not the retailers, is janky. Thankfully Mr. Abawa is great and make the app less of an issue. Customer service changes prospective. Thank you Mr. Abawa

The U-Haul lot is a dirt field and you charge me a $25 cleaning fee? Mileage on a local move. (19 miles) I’ve spent over $6000 in the last year with U-Haul, and you’ll never have me as a customer again. Bait and switch operators.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The pickup process was easy, and when we dropped the truck off Abawa & Son’s at the Wylie location, we received outstanding customer service. It felt like a family-owned business because everyone was so welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The service was exceptional, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing such a positive and stress-free experience!

This is the second time using this particular location and it has been the best experience. They went above and beyond. They didn’t have a furniture dolly available and I explained that really needed one and they not only got us one, they delivered it to my residence the morning of my move. The representative at this location was very nice and went above and beyond to help. Very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend and they will be the ones I contact in the future. Thanks again!

Mr. Abawa and his daughter did an excellent job getting me signed up for a 26 ft truck. The day I was there they were having internet issues, but she called me back later that day to help me sign up. They gave me instruction on the protocol to follow, and they did have the truck available at their location when we went to pick it up. My deepest thanks to them for giving me a good start on my move back to Wisconsin.

Customer service was not good at all. The u hall truck had no air after 15 minutes. And was over charged. For the service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Which is to bad cause they where close to home.

No safe space for parking, gravel and uneven area where trucks are parked. Caused me to fall, scrape knee and hand. Better mobile drop off. Had to retake pictures 3 times walking around is another reason I fell.

Gravel and mud parking lot, easy in and out, but very messy because of recent rain. Ruined my shoes trying to taking pictures of the truck in the mud. (Marked yes on personnel being helpful due to the business being closed at the time of drop off)

The truck suspension was pretty much nonexistent every bump was felt and to spite being very secure and tied down several things got broken in the move!! The back was clean but the cab had not been cleaned up from previous rental and there was mud on floor!!

I rented a trailer twice from this location and both times were seamless. Abawa even let me borrow his 7-pin plug adaptor when I realized I needed one and didn't have one. Will definitely use them again for any U-Haul needs.

Employees were very nice and friendly, however, we had to call for repairs on the road because the straps came off the tires.And when we dropped off the equipment, we were told that it was not attached properly.

Don't change pickup locations. Don't charge more at new location for same size truck. Don't charge an extra day when truck is returned on specified return date even if return date is a holiday. Very exhausting and disappointing experience on both ends. Attention to these matters is appreciated.
