How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was wonderful! Nice clean and well maintained 6 x 12 enclosed trailer. Everything worked. They helped me hook up and on return unhooked everything AND loaded my floor jack into my pickup for me in the rain! Great people!! Will use them from now on when I need a truck or trailer!
Thomas ZThe truck leaked from the roof and got mattresses and other items wet during rain, ck eng light was on ,break pedal was spongie. I told owner of lot and he said I had to call corporate he had no control over the problem, ask him to call and he said he could not. Very poor professional business people and I will be calling corporate
Jerry BThe truck was very old and needs to be retired
