No safe space for parking, gravel and uneven area where trucks are parked. Caused me to fall, scrape knee and hand. Better mobile drop off. Had to retake pictures 3 times walking around is another reason I fell.

TRICIA KThe truck suspension was pretty much nonexistent every bump was felt and to spite being very secure and tied down several things got broken in the move!! The back was clean but the cab had not been cleaned up from previous rental and there was mud on floor!!

Brenda NI rented a trailer twice from this location and both times were seamless. Abawa even let me borrow his 7-pin plug adaptor when I realized I needed one and didn't have one. Will definitely use them again for any U-Haul needs.

Danny TEmployees were very nice and friendly, however, we had to call for repairs on the road because the straps came off the tires.And when we dropped off the equipment, we were told that it was not attached properly.

MICHAEL BDon't change pickup locations. Don't charge more at new location for same size truck. Don't charge an extra day when truck is returned on specified return date even if return date is a holiday. Very exhausting and disappointing experience on both ends. Attention to these matters is appreciated.

BRANDY FI was told to bring back the vehicle 7/8th full of gas however it was below that when I received it. I was told I’d get charged if I didn’t bring it back that full. I brought it back the way I was supposed to but I showed a photo of less than 7/8 when I received it. I was not compensated back for the gas I overfilled. I was told “just tell me next time.” There will not be a next time.
