With all due eespect. You need to review and replace ALL your communications. Starting from the simple OPEN add that you have in the office after hours. Then your application has several issues, including one infinito loop that does not allow to complete. I lost 1.5 hours between receiving and returnibg the truck !!! At the end I gave up and had to call to another office who said they could not help. ZERO CUSToMER service and Zero love for the brand in that other office.

The strap holding the dolly was already broken I took pictures to show that it was broken as soon as the door was open
James YA complete disaster when it comes to checking the truck in and out especially on the return of the truck where you had to punch in a code to the storage lockers. Seems no one truly knows the right code to use and communicate with the customers. I also over filled the tank and asked for the credit to have that portion refunded and surprise surprise nothing!
Glen TThis was just a pickup location and entirely self-served to book the truck through the app. The lock on the box was hard to remove and adding to the frustrating experience.
Corey WWhen we arrived the wrong truck was in the place of where the picture was taken. The lady at the front desk had to locate the truck and drive it out of the storage area (locked behind a gate). She hit the truck on the storage units on her way out. At drop off, there was no where to park the truck, so we had to park it half on a sidewalk. This was not a good experience.

CHRISTAM TI would only recommend picking up during business hours. If it were not for the helpful gentleman at the desk, I would not have been able to pick up the van by mobile check in. The mobile system was glitching and I had trouble with picking up the van and returning it. If it were not for the gentleman doing all the work on his computer, I would not have a vehicle to movei today.
