We only use this location and will forever only use this location. Chuck at ABC Auto Boat & RV Storage is the friendliest, kindest, hard worker, gives great customer service, he goes above and beyond. He is the reason we keep coming back. We are so thankful to him and all he has done to help us with each and every rental. He deserves to be recognized for his hard work and commitment to customers. It is because of his dedication that we keep coming back.

Chuck is outstanding. I’ve worked in B2B Sales for a Fortune 500 Company, where I became very good at assessing corporate culture quickly. I then served as a senior Naval Officer until recently retiring, where I became experienced at quickly identifying personalities and character that will help build a positive team culture. I would hire Chuck for any project or business I was leading, regardless of experience match. He is force multiplier in his evident work ethic and genuine respect for others. This guy is a gem and U-Haul cannot hope for a better ambassador to their company. Thank you Chuck for being a great human.

No improvements needed. Chuck was amazing, top tier customer service all the way around. The facility was super clean, organized, smelt great and very inviting. Unfortunately, it was my daughter's fault for deciding the day of to need a Uhaul trailer which we normally get since I have a truck to pull it but ended up a popular weekend of moving so no trailers available anywhere, so the closest 20' truck to rent to use in Bremerton was in Port Orchard. Great location, great customer service on both Bremerton Kitsap Way location for finding me the truck in Port Orchard when their trailer was out of commission and I couldnt rent it. So just great customer service and a dependable safe moving truck to do the job. Would highly recommend this location and the Kitsap Way Bremerton location and U-Haul in general for all your moving needs. Ive been a repeat customer of theirs for years.

Once again in a pinch, Mr. Kelly came through with a solution for a rental trailer that was needed to help me acquire a motorcycle that I needed to pick up in Olympia Washington. The trailer was clean was kept in immaculate condition. Mr. Kelly help me load the trailer onto the back of my truck and was there for me when I remove the trailer from my truck the same day. Everything is always top notch when working with this gentleman and I could not be more thankful.

I've been renting trailers from this UHaul location regularly for a while even though it is further from my house than other UHaul locations. I prefer to rent from here because of Chuck Kelleys excellent customer service. He is friendly, knowledgeable and makes me feel that my business is important to him. He is easy to communicate with. The trailers are always ready when I schedule them and are clean and in good working order. I will continue to rent trailers from this location.

Everything about working with ABC Auto Boat & RV Storage Inc is perfection. My experiences with them in renting have been absolutely amazing start to finish every time. The trailers are always in great working condition. They are always in immaculate, clean states and the help that I get from the owner of the operation is above anything I've ever gotten from a U-Haul dealership ever. I cannot, and I status as heavily as I can. I cannot recommend them enough. I have told him many of my friends and people who use U-Haul services to use them as their preferred U-Haul service. They are outstanding in their field, and come highly recommended by myself.
