The process for pick up was very frustrating, I was supposed to receive a confirmation call the day before pick up before 5 and I got a call day of pick up a couple hours before. During this i learned the pickup location i requested couldn't be used and id have to drive to cahokia. They gave me extra miles for the uhaul but didnt offer any other discounts for the inconvenience. We ordered a dolly and they didn't have one, I didnt have to pay for it but I had to call to confirm that. The truck was gross when we picked it up, dirty toilet paper in the back of the truck and the cab was a mess. Cigarette butts in the cup holders stuff smeared on the seats and the placed smelled terrible.
