The vehicles I rented was nit clean therefore not sanitary. Also explanation of returning the vehicle was not explained appropriately which caused me undo stress /anxiety.

I would call this location one of the best, for service, great people, clean trucks, accurate billing (I've used other companies who have overcharged me and FAILED miserably to credit me back THEIR overcharge). This office is first class! Kudo's to the gentleman running this place!

The windows née washed badly. Weird film inside and became hard to see with sun setting and headlights reflecting. Oil needs changed. Otherwise truck was awesome and interior clean.

Truck indicated an oil change was due. Check in process for getting the truck was not good. The app is slow and doesn't communicate with the main system well. Had to be inside the store to start the app check in process, couldn't do it from my car in order to reduce contact as it's designed.

The mobile app would not let me complete my checkout but the guys in ABCO were friendly, quick and courteous while completing my transaction. My drop off was the best one I've experienced.

the online check in is terrible , i have had issues delays the 2 times i rented in the last month . Fortunately the owner was on sight moving units in parking lot .He was awesome and helpful and total professional

The smartphone return was problematic. The fact that there is a $20 fee for in-person return only serves to exacerbate the pervasive decline of costumer service throughout all of our culture.

I have put in order for UHaul truck and an Utility Dolly. The dolly was missing in the truck. I was on the phone for more than an hour to report the issue, very long wait time just to report. The facility doesn't have enough lights to identify the truck code, My pick up time as 9pm and had difficulty finding the truck as it was totally dark and there was not lights.

Improve app experience.. I requested an early pick up before the store open via check in through the app and it was not allowing me to do so, Luckily the owner of the store was at his business early so I struggling and let us come in before he opened and check everything out and got a squared away or we would've been sitting in a waiting until the store open which would defeat the purpose of setting up an early pick up

The pickup acted like it was going to stall at every Traffic light. We picked it up around 9:15 a.m. and dropped it off about 6:15 p.m. and the needs oil change light came on all day and it just was very ragged running for the mileage that we put on it

The truck we received was not cleaned prior to our use. I used online pick up. the previous customers paperwork and mask was on the dashboard. the floor was was unswept and their were cigarette ashes in the ashtray. The Uhaul app does not work correctly at this juncture in the process to take pictures and report it so I had to agree that the truck was okay. I did tell the store owner when I returned the truck that it was not ready for the next customer and returned the items found in the truck.

First, they had the Equiptment I needed and it was fueled and in perfect condition. The online preregistering process is simple and fast. In addition, it saves you a lot of time when picking up the vehicle. When I returned the truck, all I had to do is drop off the key and they handled everything else! This is then third time I've used this store and every time the service has bees the same. Great consistent. service, with a great product is what you find at this store.

I rented this van and when I was loading it up I open the back door then when I went to shut it it just wouldn't shut by no fault of mine or any of my party. We paid for the additional insurance we get charged $150 which by the way is more expensive than it would cost to fix the locking mechanism in the door alone not to mention if you look on Google this van and model have issues with their back door. I don't appreciate being gouged for something without having them at least reach out and discuss what the issue is it's not like there was a dent in the car or a rip in the seat or scratches or anything like that. If this can't get resolved I will never run from you guys again and just so you know I'd rented like six times in the last month.

We have used this location for several years now-every time our kids change apartments! The staff is always friendly, the store is conveniently located and the trucks have been clean and easy to maneuver. We have another truck booked in three weeks. Do you offer a rewards program for frequent customers?

I booked a pickup time of 11:00AM and filled out the forms online to save time during the pickup process. My wife and I waited 20 minutes for someone to wait on us. One of the employees did not wear a mask and the Ohio governor has issued a mandatory mask policy.

U hall app would not allow me to take a picture of the gas tank that was an eighth of a tank low from full. All the pictures required loaded without difficulty (although slow). I had to agree that the tank was on full to proceed through the pick up which required me to put more gas upon return than should have been. Highly irritating and dishonest but otherwise good experience.

The pickup location needs to make a decision in where to pickup and drop off the trucks. ALL of the large trucks are parked in what appears to be a fire lane. I was able to pickup the vehicle with no issues but found it odd that it was in a fire lane. When I went to return the vehicle I parked in the same location I retrieved it because I didn't want U-Haul to charge me. An employee comes out and walks past 4 other trucks that are parked in the fire lane and admonished me for parking the truck there. I told him I was parking it where I found it and it's very confusing. He continued to try to tell me that it shouldn't have been parked there. I asked him if he wanted me to move it. He responded with a “no.” Another employee came out and told me I was fine and thanked me for using the business. Overall, it was a good experience.

I returned the vehicle with the same amount of gas as when I left. However, I was charged an $8 gas service charge. The amount they indicated was far below actual. Very dishonest and I will never use them again or recommend.

Anne was super nice and knew her stuff. But as far as the facility it needs lots of work!!! The road leading into Public Storage and all throughout the storage units has HUGE and mean HUGE, DEEP potholes. Also my storage unit had mice. A lot of my stuff got ruined due to the mice. And the lightbulbs in my unit needed changed. Only 1 got changed. It was dark and hard to see my stuff. I believe this particular Public Storage needs to maintain their Facility looking forward.
