Smooth pickup and drop off, I got there after the pickup window and the 24/7 chat was extremely helpful. Drop off went well too, I just had to park in a different spot than when I picked up. Overall 10/10, I love using Uhaul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would never recommend this location or the online checkin /checkout to my enemy. The people at the location knew nothing about the online checkin. There was no dolly in the truck nor was there a pullout ramp, making it extremely hard to move my furniture. I wasn't able to take pictures, it kept giving error messages. It was a HORRIBLE Experience.
