Have a lockbox available, parking lot was small and and in disrepair with huge water filled dips in the dirt.

Zeljko RI had all sorts of problems (unrelated to the rental) the morning of my rental that caused me to be several hours late. Abe’s Motors worked with me to help shift the rental schedule and make sure I was still able to do my move. They very much saved the day!

Jessica HParking was extremely tight and the shop was located on a business road and very challenging to navigate. Already difficult enough given I’m driving a 20ft truck, kind of felt set up to fail in a sense. The truck was clean and the person who helped me was polite.

The U-Haul location on Lorain Road (Cleveland) was also extremely helpful in getting me in the right direction. Lots of helpful answers for my many questions. For my first U-Haul experience, this far exceeded my customer service expectations. Your staffs have been the key. Thank you.

Victoria DYour app sucks. I tried to use it upon return and spend 30 minutes taking pictures only for the upload to fail. I have an IPhone 16 pro max with the best camera available. After thirty minutes, I wanted into the sales office and they just checked the gas and I was out the door. You need to fix this
