I was given a car that had brake/blinker lights that weren’t working and that delayed me getting another alternate truck by multiple hours. I was poorly communicated with by certain uhaul stores when I brought this up and was barely acknowledged. I was told by them that they couldn’t help me at all and that all I needed to do was call road side assistance which I understand but I believe they could have handled addressing that in a better manner. I was on hold for like 30 plus minutes and I think I was not compensated for all the hours I spent trying to get a working truck which put me SO behind on my move out day which was extremely exhausting and frustrating.

chris mThe option to rent for one day was not given…only a two day rental. The truck was returned within 25 hours of being picked up. It would have been nice to pay less for a one day rental and be reimbursed for the miles that were not used, but paid for, prior to the rental. No one was clear about how to change the rental to one day. I was told there could be a refund issued, but received the receipt by email and there was no refund.
