It was 11:00 at night when I got there so nobody was there
WAYNE SI was given a car that had brake/blinker lights that weren’t working and that delayed me getting another alternate truck by multiple hours. I was poorly communicated with by certain uhaul stores when I brought this up and was barely acknowledged. I was told by them that they couldn’t help me at all and that all I needed to do was call road side assistance which I understand but I believe they could have handled addressing that in a better manner. I was on hold for like 30 plus minutes and I think I was not compensated for all the hours I spent trying to get a working truck which put me SO behind on my move out day which was extremely exhausting and frustrating.
