The option to rent for one day was not given…only a two day rental. The truck was returned within 25 hours of being picked up. It would have been nice to pay less for a one day rental and be reimbursed for the miles that were not used, but paid for, prior to the rental. No one was clear about how to change the rental to one day. I was told there could be a refund issued, but received the receipt by email and there was no refund.
