These guys ginned up a damage charge on a trailer for damage that was pre-existing on an old 6'x12' trailer. The location now says they're closed due to lack of staffing and won't answer their phones. I contact UHaul support and they said they'd look into it... will update if erroneous damage charge is reversed before I have to initiate a credit card chargeback.Alexander M.

Throughout the week the vehicle gave me random indications that the traction Control and the Stability Systems needed service. These warnings were more prevalent during the initial days when the outside temperature was above 100 degrees. Also the rubber gaskets around the windows also came loose - apparently due to high heat.Roger T.

The pick up and drop off locations were not what I originally selected and most inconvenient. Then the self service drop off app malfunctioned and wouldn't record our â€˜location' and wouldn't proceed with self checkout. No one around to ask, difficult to get into and park trailer at location (had to backup and cross 2 oncoming lanes of traffic). No answer or call back from support/service phone numbers provided. My boyfriend did the dropoff and said the person said to just leave it and they would take care of it 2 days later. I wish I had some sort of proof. It made me somewhat nervous that I might be liable if something happened during that time.Emily P.

Uhaul could certainly improve the answering of phone calls in under 30 minutes, I understand you want to move to online but the app is not good and does not give options using business hours. The app only allowed pickup between 7 pm to 3 am and nobody is open during those hours. Please fix your website to show all option in an area not just for one store when there are about a dozen available in one city. Please rethink your very poorly operating appMICKEY W.
The key was placed in the wrong lock box. The website to do the 24/7 pickup was incredibly slow and at first wouldn't allow us to pick up our truck unless we did it in person even though our reservation was for the 24/7 option. We had to call costumer service. We ended up not leaving with our truck until an hour past our actual reservation time.Joshua D.

Have someone answering the door or the phone during business hours. I had to pound on the locked door multiple times to return the trailer. Someone finally came to the door but couldn't fully check in my trailer for return. I almost had to call the uhaul 800 number to determine whether I should leave the trailer or come back the day after christmas and potentially get stuck with extra charges for additional days. I ended up trusting the lady that answered the door to make sure ir was properly returned so I wouldn't get charged extra.robert B.

Low score due to the the policy of returning the truck with gas at the same level that you start with. I started with 3/4. I kept jumping into the truck to check the gauge making sure I'm not paying for someone else's gas. The gauge stalled a bit over half and I ended up filling the tank. That means I spent an extra 15- 20 that I didn't need to without the option of being reimbursed. Terrible experience start to finish. The policy should be to fill the tank upon return to eliminate the hassle and guessing game of getting the tank filled to a specific point.Jonathan D.
