KENT HI was given the wrong key and had to wait over an hour for a new one to match the vehicle assigned. Once I got the key, the truck had no AC and further prolonged the moving process because we had to trade in the broken vehicle due to a heat index of over 100 degrees.

LEONARD JThe truck had been previously wrecked on the drivers side and not repaired. However, that was not the main issue. When I rented the truck it had just a hair over a quarter of a tank of gas. Right before we returned it, it had a hair under a quarter of a tank. We used a tiny bit of gas. I was nervous about driving such a large truck (26") to the gas pump, so we returned it without adding any gas figuring they would charge me for a gallon or so of gas and I was fine with that. However, the woman that rented me the truck did not tell me that there was a penalty for bringing the truck back with less that a quarter of a tank and charged me $68.00. I feel like this is a scam to charge people extra considering that the truck had only a tiny bit more that a quarter of a tank when I got it. I should have been informed of this when I picked up the truck considering the small amount of gas that was in it at that time. She waited until the truck was returned to call me and tell me about this penalty and how much that they will charge me when I could not do anything about it. I will not be using this U-Haul location in the future because I think that was done intentionally. It is very shady business practice.

CRAIG HI've used this location for U-Haul rentals on multiple occasions...always a 5 star experience. Ease of reservation, pick-up, drop-off and the trucks are always clean.

Doug BWould have rated a very poor overall experience due an additional $15 charge out of nowhere. But, this location is friendly and very well maintained and managed. Just know I am very disappointed with this overall billing experience.

Carrie LMy only complaint was trying to check out on the app during a heavy rain storm. I actually a few days before to verify exactly where to go and the person was VERY helpful and nice.
Carmen ACreating an account and uploading your photo ID is absolutely useless. Although friendly and professional, the person renting me the equipment informed me that U-Haul needs a physical ID and did not take a digital ID, which is legal in my state.
TODD KIt’s not just the equipment, the place or the location… It’s the wonderful lady that I rent from and return to who is always on the spot ready to help and very friendly and most importantly, very efficient in managing her time as well as mine… I always go to this location first.
