A trailer was added for me to pull for U-Haul for an extra day, miles, and a $75 credit. There was a lot of confusion with it as apparently a different department handled it. This delayed my getting the truck and my subsequent move and drive significantly.

Crystal TThe lady in the office was nice. The truck smelled awful inside. I didn't get the $25 credit for returning the truck to the same location I picked up.
