ANTHONY EThe trailer, which apparently had only just recently been returned, had a non-functioning right lower tail light and running light discovered only after initial pick-up. We continued use since all turn indicator lights, brake lights, and hazard lights worked and the right upper tail light also worked. I don't blame Access Self-Storage for this since they did not appear to have time to review and correct the problem before my pickup. Carla at Access was extremely helpful and professional.

james wThis dispatcher location sent two full/occupied Uboxes (with someone else's stuff) out to a customer's location to be loaded. Once this was discovered, the two boxes had to be sent back to the dispatcher, and new empty boxes re-loaded on to the trailer. This caused a significant delay in beginning the load-up of the customer's things and ended up resulting in not being able to get the trailer and boxes back to the dispatcher on time.

Shanda SI do not like leaving negative reviews for businesses because I get that sometimes people can be having a bad day, but this wasn’t the case with this location. They are 100% purposely deceptive and such a bad representation of their business. They WILL take your money. I had questions about the charges for a U-Haul truck rental before I ran my card and instead of being honest about the charges, the young girl insisted that she didn’t know what the rental rate is and proceeded to argue that she’s not able to see the rental rate on her screen. I made a 24-hour rental reservation from (10 am to 10 am the next day.) She was charging for 2 days because I picked up the truck 1 hour earlier than the reservation was made for. This is something that she could have advised me of, especially since I asked for a breakdown, but she argued she didn’t know. It has happened before at a different location and was rectified by changing the drop off time to make it a 24-hour period. The truck was returned 7 hours later - shortly before 4 pm and the keys were handed directly to her, in her hand. However, when I received my emailed final receipt, it shows it was returned at 10 am the following day. She waited 18 hours to complete the rental so that she could charge the additional day – FOR THAT ONE HOUR! I had this corrected by a U-Haul representative and was refunded for the extra day, but it should have never been charged to begin with. I won't even get into how dirty the truck was. I didn’t even want to give them one star but there was no option for less. They don’t deserve it.

Vicki HFuel wasn’t all the way full, and the truck takes more gas when your filling up even when it shows that’s it passed the full line just to make you pay more for gas. Pretty lame. Couldn’t drop off the uhaul in ft. Worth so I had to drive 20 extra mins to Arlington and pay extra for the mileage

LaQuita MI was not given any paperwork. When I came to return the truck the gentleman working didn’t know I had it. Had to call and straighten the whole mess out. This was after being sent to 4 locations that didn’t have the truck I requested.
