Jamie CThis was my FIRST time using the mobile checkout/checkin. I will never do it again!!! The ID procedure is too long!!! I had to wait in the cold for 20 min for my relative to receive the call. She got the text within minutes, but the follow up call did not come for 20 more min. There’s got to be a faster procedure than that!! Especially for senior citizens!

Micah HI actually went to this one by mistake...the other across the freeway....which happens a lot. My GPS took me to the one I got to. The folks were nice, gave me a bigger truck than asked for and took care of moving the reservation over. Great experince!
Toni AThe owners were fantastic. Very warm and efficient. I had 2 of my sons with me, ages 6 and 10, and they didn’t even have time to get bored with paperwork! The facility was clean and uncluttered. I’ll definitely return the next time I need a truck.

MAURICE FSharon and Forre are the nicest people ever to work with. Both times I rented a truck (one 20 foot and one 17 foot) they made the experience pleasurable. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention as courteous as can be. If I ever need another u-haul truck or storage space again I would not dream of going anywhere else.
Stan SSome how my card was debited twice while at the location. 278.09 each time. Was never refunded. Final bill was far smaller than expected so that was good. When will it be refunded?

Rebecca FI was quoted around 90 and used a qtr tank of gas around 45 miles but I was charged 250. Way to big of a jump to be charged that much.
