The equipment had a very dirty floor when I picked it up. Otherwise everything was great.

Todd NBest experience I've ever had renting anything from any company. The person I dealt with at Ace hardware in Hutchinson Minnesota was knowledgeable helpful and extremely friendly my dog even liked him and my dog is a great judge of character, I'll definitely rent from there again.

Harvey PI can't believe that a 6×12 trailer doesn't have a trailer jack on it. It is heavy and difficult to maneuver when hooking up or unhooking.

Matthew KGentleman at the location was polite and helpful. Uhaul rental rate increase is a ripoff and he agreed and tried to help lower the rate (unsuccessfully). Given the rate increases, I'll be buying myself an enclosed trailer this year!

ruth cI rented the 26ft truck. When I got there the truck was ready right at 8 when they said it would be, It was warmed up and ready to go. i would definitely go here again if I need another rental. Great service!
