The U-Haul truck broke down on me. It was pouring down rain and the windshield wipers stop working. The motor went bad. I had to wait on the side of an unsafe and busy interstate until the rain cleared enough for me to drive to my destination. I was not offered a discount for my inconvenience. Nor was I credited any money back . I burned a lot of fuel sitting on the side of the road trying to stay warm . I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. Instead , I keep getting a charge from U-Haul . Very unprofessional!! Faulty equipment!! U-Haul truck did not have any hazard lights. So I was a sitting Duck on the side of a busy and unsafe Interstate. I will never return nor will I recommend this facility to anyone. Not even close relatives or family.

Joseph RAt this location if you need a U-Haul truck you need to speak to Joe, he will get you all that you need answer all your questions and if you are confused about the size of a truck you need, Joe will walk you to all the size trucks in the lot so that you can see what size work for you. Ask for Joe.

TIMOTHY BDropping off at Ace Hardware was great. It was easy. I didn’t actually interact with any employees although it was business time and it was open. I didn’t have the need to contact or speak with any employees of Ace Hardware itself because it was easy and self-explanatory on the app to return the truck
JENISE PWe received a U-Haul that had a hole in the roof that was taped with one piece of duck tape. It was raining the entire 3 days that we were moving.As a result, I have at least $10,000 worth of damage to my mattresses, beds, water damage to my nightstands, etc. I don’t even know where to begin with how upset I am. I’ll be filing an insurance claim. I should have used Penske.

Charell Wso far I have been over charged for some reason.. I dropped the equipment off Sunday night and notified them. and it was not checked in until tuesday at 7 am when the store was not even open. I will be happy when my money is refunded.
SKYLOR WMake sure the straps aren't damaged so badly that you can't strap a vehicle down on a vehicle trailer. This is the third time I've had to buy straps due to uhauls lack of maintenance on straps for tow trailers. It cost almost as much for straps as renting the trailer itself!

JOAN SAs far as my experience they were courteous, friendly and prompt... although everything can find improvement, I personally didn't see a need it for it here. They were truly on point and took great care of me.
Darryl MWhen I booked, I declined Safe Tow; however, it showed up on my invoice. The location did take care of it, but it was an unnecessary headache.
STEVEN GWhen I turned in truck, I was charged an additional $52 for the pads I did not receive. I called the store back and the cashier tried to refund it but could not. He said someone will process refund the next day.
Damon HAmazing how well a truck, with more than 153,000 miles on it, can perform. A little noisy, and the engine light was lit up, but it performed /handled admirably in the local move.

The only thing I would definitely say is the side mirrors as the truck is driving need to be tightened or adjusted to stay where they are to make my driving experience better. I tried adjusting it, but as the truck was moving, the mirrors moved as I was driving

THIAGO MThe staff was excellent! They were very helpful and accommodating. However, the 10' box truck I rented was horrible! I'm a retired military person, and this vehicle reminded me of a truck from the streets of Afghanistan! There was an extensive amount of exterior body damage, and the interior was extremely worn (but clean). That's describing it kindly.
