DAVID DCustomer Service was wonderful, friendly helpful. All of that is great. The truck itself was awful. No backup camera the material on the inside roof of the car falling apart the bumper still attached but tie on with straps. The door was horrible when it opened and closed all bent in, but the staff is wonderful. The back of the inside of the truck was nice and clean. The truck itself was nice and clean in the front.

WILLIAM LI was told I could return it to a closer location by one person then I did and was told that I couldn’t. Then I was told that since the location I dropped it off at was closed for 4 days that I would be charged for the extra day and I was. I will never use U-Haul again and will highly recommend no one I know use them. It seems that everyone has a different answer for the same question which tells me that someone is either lieing or doesn’t care enough to try and find out if their answer is the correct one which is extremely lazy. I will honestly say the first guy I talked to which signed my contract seemed knowledgeable about everything and told me that I could return it to a different location for a small fee but the other two people I talked too was rude and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about.
