Edwin STruck had brake issues (pulling when braking), also the a/c blower filter likely needs changing (no air flow), the a/c was cold when stopped, but became warm when accelerating. Also, the app never works for me, when trying to login it asks my phone number, then wants name and other info, then says there's already an account with that name and number, which I obviously know. It just doesn't let me login, it's a vicious circle. I have to use the website, and even that isn't user friendly, I couldn't find a tab or option to look up "my reservation". The only way I was successful in getting into the places I needed to go, was the text link I was sent when I initially made the reservation. These app and website issues are something I have dealt with over many years as I was a truck driver and traveled a lot. I have done reviews and raised this issue multiple times over the last 5-8 years, to no avail. Please make your app and your website more user friendly. Thank you

LIRANO BI did not rent this U-Haul. Someone was somehow able to rent this U-Haul using my account in FL. I live in IN. I called the site about it immediately but they didn't do anything about it other than document the situation. If the renter had caused damage to that U-Haul, I did not want to be held liable when I had nothing to do with it.

CHRISTINE RI didn't realize the truck wasn't cleaned properly from the start so I was then charged upon delivering it to the drop off location in the same condition. I clicked that "yes" it was cleaned properly on the app without realizing what qualifies as "clean". There was a small amount of trash and leaves in the back of the truck when I picked it up and I didn't think it was a big deal so I left them there. One of the packets of moving blankets was already open and spread out (unfolded) with a missing blanket too.

Jack STrucks were dirty with love bug all over the windshield, no windshield washer fluids, empty drink bottles under the seats. Reserved 2 trucks a 26’ and a 20’ when picking up they indicated that there was only one truck reserved a 20’ only. From there on it was a frustrating experience. To get my reservation for the 26’ truck it took the employee almost an hr to get the reservation and paperwork done. Bad experience as the first time from the same place.

I had made a reservation through a lady named sue who told me to go to ace hardware and I had a reservation but when I got there it wasn't there. Devon, help me greatly and was there when I needed to come back or call for a dolly. Very clean place, very friendly, made the moving experience a little lighter than what it was!! I would highly recommend!!
janet wClean the cabin out. There was dirt/grime on just about every surface..so much so that the sanitizing wipe I used on the steering wheel turned black. Also there was some sort of white substance in the passenger seat. There were also ants in the cab and a spider web (never saw the spider though). The people who helped me were nice though and the uhaul itself ran fine.
