I picked up a pickup truck for a couple hours to transport a large bookshelf I'd just purchased. The round trip only cost $30, which was 1/3 of what the delivery fee would have been.

My drop off location DID NOT EXIST, though I had communication from U Haul giving me the address. Since the non-existant drop off location was on AN ISLAND, I had to take the truck back across Puget Sound on a FERRY and blow all my plans for a short vacation. I wouldn't recommend U Haul to ANYONE!

Employee was super friendly and helpful. I originally had a one way reservation. It got switched, based on availability, to a location much closer to my destination. The employee switched my reservation to ‘in town’ based on that to save me a few bucks. Much appreciated! I would definitely recommend this location!

The truck was empty on gas and old Also had many problems with it starting, had to call road assistant and at the end had to call a friend to Jumpstart cause it was going to be 1 hour before they got to where i was and lost 2 hours of valuable time
