Start with a full tank instead of 1/4 tank. It makes it difficult to estimate the amount of gas that needs to be put in the tank before returning. I probably gave away $20 -$30 to you in gas. Hopefully, that's not the business plan, because that would be sleezy. Besides that, everything was great.

jim BIt was an unmanned dropoff site; nobody answered the phone when I called; had to load the UHaul app to properly check in the truck and dolly (app made it easier - would have been nice to know this in advance). Easy access, easy checkin with the app (once I figured out that I needed it).
Bradley SWe rented 3 trucks, one of them was given to us with a flat tire. They did come out and fix it but it should not have been issued in that condition. We had to go to Anacortes to get our third truck, it should have been in Burlington with the other two. We did not pick them up in Mt Vernon.
Mike PI' m not sure one could improve this location. I keep going back because customer service is A+, Kim is extremely helpful, patient and friendly. No long waits and the trucks have always been prepped and waiting at my appointment time. Thank you, U-Haul, but it is Kim that makes this location so special. John WI reserved a truck and toyhauler in April for a pickup in Arlington WA in June and was told I needed to go to Mount Vernon and Burlington to pick up the equipment. This was not ideal but I was not given any other choice.
Rolando Tthe attendent at this location is helpful ,thoughtful, goes beyond the basics to make renting a vehicle easy I rent from this location because of her drive 30 miles extra because she is so helpful.

doyle bUpgrade the fuel gauge to digital the analog wasn’t reflecting the actual fuel and caused me to over fuel the vehicle. Just like U-Haul would charge for underfilling they should rebate for overfilling.

MITCHELL SThe cargo trailer was older and some of the rails inside were missing and one ended up popping off the wall of the trailer. The rails were old and the adhesive that holds them onto the wall was brittle, but they were the only thing to tie onto.

Hannelore SYour website is garbage and inaccurate. It took 3 reservations before I found a location the ACTUALLY had the unit even though the website claimed they all did. The first two times I got a phone call saying they couldn't fulfill my reservation. I had to go to a U-Haul way out of my way to get the unit I needed.

John HThe business was just fine, but just one employee at the opening bell trying to help what ended up to be a line of customers. It wasn't the location's fault, but I was REALLY jerked around by Uhaul with my reservation. I reserved and contracted a location close to the house we were loading but was instead switched to another...and they were closed Sunday...my pick up day! After multiple phone calls to Uhaul Inc and hold times, I changed my pick up date to the next day, Monday. ZERO thanks or positive feedback to Uhaul reservations!
