MICHAEL OStart with a full tank instead of 1/4 tank. It makes it difficult to estimate the amount of gas that needs to be put in the tank before returning. I probably gave away $20 -$30 to you in gas. Hopefully, that's not the business plan, because that would be sleezy. Besides that, everything was great.

jim BIt was an unmanned dropoff site; nobody answered the phone when I called; had to load the UHaul app to properly check in the truck and dolly (app made it easier - would have been nice to know this in advance). Easy access, easy checkin with the app (once I figured out that I needed it).
