We rented 3 trucks, one of them was given to us with a flat tire. They did come out and fix it but it should not have been issued in that condition. We had to go to Anacortes to get our third truck, it should have been in Burlington with the other two. We did not pick them up in Mt Vernon.

I' m not sure one could improve this location. I keep going back because customer service is A+, Kim is extremely helpful, patient and friendly. No long waits and the trucks have always been prepped and waiting at my appointment time. Thank you, U-Haul, but it is Kim that makes this location so special. John WI reserved a truck and toyhauler in April for a pickup in Arlington WA in June and was told I needed to go to Mount Vernon and Burlington to pick up the equipment. This was not ideal but I was not given any other choice.
Rolando Tthe attendent at this location is helpful ,thoughtful, goes beyond the basics to make renting a vehicle easy I rent from this location because of her drive 30 miles extra because she is so helpful.
