Truck was filthy in the cab and the box. Both floors full of mud. Cab has clearly not been cleaned in years.

MARK LThe process for returning the truck was a challenge. The parking lot for the truck was about a 1/2 mile from the retail store front. Just not convenient or obvious.
Jon LYou allowed me to sign up for check-in in the store, but then I got to the store and it was closed. I had to cancel my original reservation and start a new mobile reservation. Then the location for picking up the trucks is not the same as the location for dropping off, and I had to walk 10 minutes in 20 degree cold.
Jonathan CEasy pick up / drop off process primarily because of the app and U-Haul customer service. Parking location of vehicles is not ideal since it is far from the actual store and behind an adjacent shopping plaza. A little inconvenient. Won’t stop me from using this location, however.
William AYour website allowed me to reserve a dolly and blankets; the store did not have any in stock and another store said the neighborhood stores don't stock these items. I needed them for my move and it completely threw the moving process off. HORRIBLE business practice. I will try and share my experience as widely as I can on social media.
BILL BWe lease multiple trucks a year, this location is FAST, Accurate, friendly and tops the professionalism scale. They are efficient and because of this I DO NOT dread picking-up a UHAUL or loose valuable time, acquiring or dropping a truck.

S DFor this particular 15' truck, the shifter glides too easily out of Park, trying to put it in Reverse it glides down to Neutral then trying to get it into Reverse its back into Park, etc. not sure if that indicates something that needs to be repaired. Once it's in gear finally it's fine.
CHARLES DHard to find rental location. Actual pick up was at another shopping center. Approximately 45 minutes into a long drive the dashboard indicated that oil was low. It appeared to be completely out. Had to add 4 quarts.

Kevin MThey have the Uhaul parking lot far from we get and drop off the keys. No instructions on how to return the vehicle, just after leave the truck and drive back to key box. Then they ask for the odometer picture, really? I won’t came back to take a picture. He should instruct us to DOWNLOAD THE APP and follow instructions BEFORE leave the vehicle.
MARCOS AAt first , I was confused tha the Ace Vacuum store was also a U Haul depot. Signage was small, access to store front limited as it is not visible from the parking lot and limited from access road. Signage small and not seen from road. U Haul equipment not visible as they are stored in another shopping center’s rear parking lot. Concept and access OK once you know what is happening. I do want to give a very positive shout out for the man I worked with. Very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable of process and gave helpful hints. Thank you.

Joseph CWhen I picked up the truck, the left front tire was very low and the System Error - Tire Pressure Monitor Light was on. I had to add 30lbs of pressure to the left front tire. The left rear tire was also low by about 15lbs. Right side was good. Interior was pretty clean.

MANPREET SThe personnel here wonderful . The location a nighmare moving around with the big truck. But the service in WV was the worse..We wait more than 10 minutes for somebody to show up. My son had to walk away to find the person who arrendar us in slow motion.
cecila LThe location of the vehicle for pick-up was a walking distance of about 5-10 minutes. There is no on the online reservation that says that actual vehicle parking and pick- up is at another location so as to inform the potential customer that they would have to somewhere else to get the vehicle. A courtesy transport would go a very long way to make customers happy and the experience wonderful. My experience in getting the vehicle from the actual parking location was horrible because I did not know I had to go somewhere else to get the vehicle and I walked in that heat, sweating this to get the vehicle.

DAVID PSadly this was an extremely poor experience which started with arriving at the designated pick up spot to find no vehicles available. I called U-Haul and the representative told me that the vehicles are at another location (a completely separate plaza) and that we have to be with the vehicle in order to check in. With that information we drove to the specified location only to find that we had to be at the original location to initiate the check in process. So we drive back; check in and get the keys then drive back to begin the long process of photos. The vehicle was dirty, in the cab and the back and there was a change engine oil soon light on. My boyfriend followed me to the first destination only to inform me that both brake lights and the left turn signal were out. This is an unacceptable danger to not only me as the driver but also those on the road who were not able to see that I was signaling a lane change or turn or when I was breaking. At the end of our usage we return the vehicle to the designated parking spot only to realize that we cannot begin checkout until we were back at the Ace Vacuums location which again, is not in the same plaza. We drive our personal vehicle to Ace and then realize we must take another series of photos to check out so we have to drive back to the vehicle. I had taken photos but was unable to upload them and was forced to use the app to take photos. We then drove back to drop the keys. All of this could be easily solved by providing the check in/out information ahead of time via text or email. I even googled pick up at Ace Vacuums knowing this was a strange location to pick up trucks and did not find any information. My boyfriend and I will need another truck later this year but will not be using U-Haul due to this extremely inconvenient and overly difficult process.

BILLY NManager of store initially turned me away due to their location “not taking trailers” for return, and sent me on a goose chase around the town and needing several calls to corporate Uhaul to force a dropoff at their location. They then did not check the trailer in when they said they would on the day of dropoff, requiring yet another call to corporate to force them to put it in their system.

Juliana VI dropped of the keys before they closed, but the guy didn’t finalize everything and the next day I got a message saying that I didn’t drop off the truck even though I dropped it off the same day before 5pm.
MARUF NUnhal needs to mark the return address appropriately as this location will not allow you to leave truck at location listed on contract! You as the consumer are inconvenienced to find the hidden return location that you can't find without help. I do appreciate the employee helping my husband find it but corporate needs to update the contracts to reflect the real return location as you have to walk back to drop off the key very inconvenient and moving is stressful enough without adding to it

This was my third rental in two weeks and I had to go through a process for the first time to verify my identity, which caused my pickup to be delayed by 45 minutes. Having to drive back and forth between the key pickup and vehicle location was also not convenient. Would absolutely not rent from this location again.
BRADLEY MI made a reservation online and opt out for the safe move. I was charged safe move any way after return.

Karen NVery easy pick up and drop off. The pick up location did not have any blanket packs - we had them on our order - they did not mention this at pick up. I had to call them and received the information then after we had picked up our truck. It did not end up being a big deal but could have been. They should let you know upon placing and order and confirming it.

ROBERT LComputers were down and took us an hour to get our truck which had been previously rented. This was disappointing because we drove 3 hours to get there and were under the gun for a move. They gave us 21 extra miles to compensate.
LOWELL JTruck was covered in snow and ice. A good hour of the time I had it rented for I had to go buy a scraper and scrape off the snow and ice. I also had to drop the truck at a different location than I picked it up at, so my wife and sleeping baby had to drive me from that location to my car which was parked where I got the truck. Also $.99 a mile? That’s absolutely criminal I will never rent a U-Haul again. Something I thought would cost $40-50 to move a table ended up costing me $100 ridiculous for 2 hours of my day one of which was spent scraping ice and snow off the truck.
Marcus MTruck was dirty inside. Spilled drink and a wrapper. Trucks are not near the truck office. Fuel was half full. Very difficult to get the gauge where it was. Full would be much better and normal. Final invoice sent yet no number. I wanted a 20 foot truck and had to take a 15. Not a good experience. I would get the next one from Lowe’s or Home Depot - Penske.
BRADLEY GHi there, I am an avid Uhaul supporter, but this time i was really dissapointed. I am not sure of the protocol, but when I got there the uhaul was surrounded by snow. I understand I had requested a change in location the day before, but the location was open all day of pick up. I was not prepared to dig out a uhaul of the snow. Not only that, but when my movers begun, they notified me that there was a leak. It was in the front right and there was a puddle. I was able to put towels down so nothing got damaged. At least I had a full tank, unlike last time where I was left on legitimate empty.

JOEL DYou should not have this location open and operating if you cannot have the trucks on site . Don't have customers drive 3/4 of a mile to pick up and drop off trucks at some wierd location in the back of some strip mall. Stupid set up for a truck rental.
Jacques dThe checkout procedure should be specified instead of having to drive back and forth to the parking lot and key drop locations. Either that or put the key drop box in the actual area where you drop off the U-Haul. I had to drive back and forth several times because the app would only accept the key drop location.

Travis WLocation was very hard to find and the drop-off process was very complex and confusing. The key drop box is at one location and then you have to drive to a different location to drop off the truck, then return to drop the key off.
ANTONIO EIt would be great if they had some furniture pads. They did direct me to a nearby U-Haul location to get them, but it would have been easier to pick them up there.
