Very hard to find the trucks. Had to go on a scavenger hunt, but other than that it was cool.

Better instructions in app about location of key pickup and vehicle location to prevent back and forth. Vehicle itself was not clean with dog hairs in front seat and debris in cargo area.

Ian WCharged an extra $14+ dollars due to employee not clocking in the truck at time of return, which was early.
VANESSA AWe were delayed 1.5 hours trying to get the lockbox code. One customer service representative told us it was because this location did not properly set things up for us. Having a satellite location for truck pick up that the app prematurely directs you to did not help.
