How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery smooth
KEYVAN EThe location is excellent and I would recommend for location to friends and business partners in the area. The van I hire was disgusting and was in terrible order to hire out. I had to clean the front cab top to bottom with hygiene wipes and remove dirty and sticky material from chairs, dash, and window. I don't expect this from UHaul.
Stuart TThis review is NOT intended to measure the quality of service and equipment at ACE VACUMS. Service was excellent and equipment was good. This review is intended for U-HAUL and its reservation "Policies". For the past 5 rentals I have received calls from U-Haul telling me that the equipment I have reserved is not available at the location that I need (not Ace Vacums), however, when I call the location I need and want, they tell me they have full availability. I rent almost 6 times per month and am starting to get annoyed with this treatment I am receiving as a customer. What is the point on allowing to make reservations well in advance if they are not going to be kept or they are going to be moved to a location that is more convenient to U-Haul?
IVAN PPick up of the truck started with the app which sent me to the office, then sent me a mile away to the truck, then sent me back to the office to get the key, then back to get the truck . . . ridiculous! I asked for an appliance dolly. The dolly in the truck had no strap, so it was obviously not an appliance dolly, but I was charged for one. I asked for furniture pads, there were none in the truck, but I was charged for them.
