We were delayed 1.5 hours trying to get the lockbox code. One customer service representative told us it was because this location did not properly set things up for us. Having a satellite location for truck pick up that the app prematurely directs you to did not help.

Way too confusing— checking in at a separate location than where the truck is located. We had to drive back and forth during the pick up and drop off between truck location and check in location. Very inconvenient and confusing. Do not recommend.

WILSON SThe location had NO UHAUL Signage or any Locational ID that they Represented UHaul in the front of the store. The franchise did hot have moving blankets to rent.
KATHLEEN WRental went pretty smoothly. Agents were helpful and friendly. Issues at checkout were handled quickly and efficiently. UHaul app did not work for checking vehicle back in. Had to go back to store to complete rental.
