JUAN SThe rental I had was an absolute disaster, the truck air conditioner went out mid driving, it cut in and out over and over again. Then to make matters worse the auto transporter lights cut out so I was towing the trailer thru the night in complete darkness. Then at the inner tire on the truck blew out. I truly don’t understand why that true and auto transporter was so poorly maintained. What if someone had drove into that trailer due to the faulty lights? That was a major safety hazard. Then at the drop off location I get charged for a refuel when I obtained the unit with the fuel that I returned it with. I never experienced any issues as such until now I always vouch for uhaul but now I think I will take my business elsewhere from now on. I am highly disappointed with the quality of the equipment and then getting charged for a refuel.

Willie LThey change my equipment at last minute and forgot to put the new information on the system when I returned the trailer U-Haul called me to many times asking for the equipment and talked me that I was late on my return.
Yackselys ZWhen I picked up rental as I was pulling out of the lot my friend noticed the front left bumper was damaged and a flap was hanging loose. We told the employee and he put a few stickers on it so we would not have a problem on our one way return. If he had not noticed this, it would’ve been a problem on return then we could’ve been plain for the damage. We took pictures for proof. The damage was already there. Additionally, the flap was making noise most of the time I was driving on the highway. It was irritating.

Craig AAlerting the driver that the vehicle DOESN'T have cruise control (when applicable). You also need to alert the driver that the vehicle tops out oat 75 mph. When one doesn't know this and attempts to pass a semi/tractor trailer, many times you create a long line of very angry drivers behind you. Some of these driver have serious rage issues causing danger to the uhaul vehicle, it's passengers and the vehicles following the potential accident. A warning of these, at least the vehicle governor) could help avoid a catastrophe.

ANTHONY CI had a terrible experience renting a truck from U-Haul for a one-way move from Raleigh to kissimmee and the condition of the truck was completely unacceptable. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, I discovered the radiator reservoir hose was broken, which forced me to stop and repair it myself just to safely continue the trip. A rental truck intended for a long interstate drive should never leave the lot with an issue like that. The steering wheel was not straight, indicating a possible alignment issue, and the front left wheel bearing was leaking lubrication, which caused constant noise and made me question the safety of the truck for such a long drive. Even worse, the cargo box leaked during rain, allowing water to get inside the truck and soak several of my moving boxes. Among the items damaged were law school books that cost approximately $200 each, along with other personal belongings.Between the mechanical issues, safety concerns, and property damage caused by a leaking cargo area, this rental created significant stress and financial loss during my move. I am extremely disappointed that a truck in this condition was rented out for a long-distance trip. I hope U-Haul takes responsibility for the damages to my belongings and the condition of the vehicle.

JOSE MNothing, your staff is very friendly, understanding and obliging. I rented a 15/20 foot truck I had to extend. No problem. Moving to the new house got a 26 foot. Had to extend no problem. Me and my wife currently have units there, so nice, clean and safe. When I loaded the truck for the new place the day before closing, they said I could park the truck. I left my personal car in there during the move and nothing was said. I will be coming by Sunday or Monday to clean the storage units and take the last of the contents in there. Thank you I wish I could give you more stars.

BREVELYNE OProbably my fault but never imagined a Uhaul truck without a ramp on the back. Definitely my fault for not checking but will have to rent another truck in a few weeks that has a ramp. Location was great and your staff is excellent. Will definitely rent from again.
