Got rerouted to Corvallis, got lost getting there and charged for extra miles. Was not allowed the proper mileage.

It was a perfect rental.
Randal AQuick and easy drop-off. Super accommodating staff, that came outside right when we arrived to help us drop off our auto transport so we could easily unload our U-Haul. Friendly service, and very clear communication. We were able to arrange an after hours drop off which really helped us out after a long day driving and unloading our U-haul. I'd definitely drop off here again!
