Smells like drug smoke and I was charged for things I never asked for. Left me on hold for 20 minutes. When I called from another phone they answered. I said I'd never be back and the store put me on what they called the "do not help list". If they have a list then what's that say about that store. I forgot to tell them that I am the VP of Bethel PTO
MILES WPut cruise control on your trucks. Make sure the alignment and breaks work. None of this has anything to do with the location but everything to do with uhaul as a company and I probably won't be back as a customer with having those issues and that price tag.
Elvin DGot rerouted to Corvallis, got lost getting there and charged for extra miles. Was not allowed the proper mileage.
