The trailer was badly in need of service and they sent it out with me anyways. It vibrated so much it loosened the ball nut on my hitch and stripped the threads on my ball. I needed to replace the ball for my drive back, the worker didn't seam to care as I was trying to tell him what was wrong. I did tell 2 people, so hopefully they don't give it to someone else before it gets serviced.
