No one was there when we picked up or dropped off the truck. Was not a solid ride. We didn't get the dollies we requested. One very good thing was your response when the truck got stuck in the mud. Very good customer service on the corporate end.Bruce J.

Please don't send anyone there because it is in the back behind a junkyard we had to leave the truck in the alley and no one came out to receive it they just said leave the keys in the truck and we did thank you for trying to help us but I will never leave another truck there or get another truck for that locationFrederick G.
At This location no one was there to give us the keys and do the paper work they didn't answer the phone neither, we sat there for over and hour waiting and we finally called uhaul 1800 number and they gave me a bigger truck then what I needed which cost me more money in gas to use the truck cause it was bigger, I won't ever use the company for tow use nor this u haul location, this is the worst experience I have had with uhaulAmelia W.
Light plug corroded, and blamed my vehicle for lights not working. Rented me the trailer anyways. I was able to dry out the plug to get brake lights to work.Terry B.

This was the absolute worst experience moving in my entire life. The drop off location was not well marked and no one was there to help. It took an hour to drop off when it should have taken a few minutes. The app and the website don't work well and we're completely not helpful. Customer service wait time is 20-30 minutes each time. I've had to wait 3 separate times during this awful experience. In what universe does a 6x12 fit 3 bedroom apartment. False advertisement. I will never be using u-haul again and I will strongly discourage everyone I know to never use it againSean B.
The two issues I had with the drop off were not the towing companie's fault. Uhaul did not give menthe location or address for this drop off location. Also, when I checked out via the app I was told that I owed $86 when my mileage charges were only $12.60. I don't understand the discrepancy.Jeff L.
There was no one there. I found a tiny drop box by the door that instructed me to do it myself online. If it had been raining while I was out there taking pics I would have been angry. There was no good place to park the truck, so I put it alongside the road with another truck that was there. It was sketchy.jeff H.

The location was great. The equipment was not good at all. I have recently rented the same trailer with no problems. But this particular trailer was a bad experience. The ratchet mechanisms for tightening the straps were rusted and almost inoperable. The tightening mechanism for the ball hitch was the same and ended up not getting tightened, causing a disconnect and damage to my truck. Would seem as if maintenance is not being performed on the equipment.Paul G.

I was originally supposed to pick up the trailer at Bradshaw Auto Detailing in Mount Vernon IL. I got there at 11 and the owners wife told me that she couldn't help and there was nothing she could do for me, absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I will not ever go there again and Uhaul needs to rescind their contract with them.Jason C.

Didn't have a truck in my area so I traveled a distance to Gerso we had to pay for EXTRA miles. The guy was rude. I was told my credit card wouldn't be charged if I paid cash but it still was. They told me they would email me a receipt which I Didn't get. I've used Uhaul before but I've never had a problem but this was just too much of a hassle.Marguerite J.
When I returned the truck I was told that I owed about $30 more than I actually did. Whoever entered the ending millage from the last time this truck was rented entered it incorrectly. The computer showed xxx726 and it was actually xxx762. After looking in the computer for about 10 minutes the guy finally just cancelled the rental and let me have it for free, which was fine with me. Not necessarily what I was asking for, but it was apparently the only way he could figure out to correct the problem. What truly irritated me was when he insinuated that it was MY fault for not checking the odometer against the rental agreement before I left. He never asked the guy who rented me the truck if HE checked it. Which he didn't. Not sure how the system works for recording millage from the vehicles, but someone needs to educate this dealer on how it's done. I hope it was just an honest mistake.Dan K.

Have the trucks when promised. I registered for a truck for 730 am and they say they'll let me 2 days in advance, then to call if I haven't heard anything by 6pm Uhaul closes at 5 then the day of say you'll have a truck by noon, really? I call then finally get a truck at 930. Not Action towings fault but uhaul should not make promises they can't keep.KATHY N.
