I had read some horror stories about some uhaul locations but they DO NOT pertain to Addictive automotive! The truck I ordered was ready, clean and full of gas! Easy pickup and return! I would highly recommend them!

Big fiasco reserved a trailer after driving 200 miles to get it didnt have a trailer so after they charged me 300$ for a truck I didnt want they sent me 20miles away to Dallas Oregon for a truck supposedly for the 100$ the trailer cost charged me 115$ plus I had to put 50$ in gas in it then when I checked it in they charged me another 58.48 time to go dispute the charges. Do yourself a favor and use Penske.

I made a reservation to pick up the trailer at the Hazel Dell location in Vancouver WA. The night before I was to pick it up U-Haul called to inform me that there was no trails available at that location. My reservation was changer to Lombard St in Portland OR where I showed up to find no trailer there as well. They changed my reservation to Newberg OR. As I was driving there I called to hear again no trailer available. I then called the Traffic supervisor to find a trailer and change my reservation to Dallas OR. I drove there to pick up the trailer. I returned the trailer to the original Hazel Dell location in Vancouver WA. This was very frustrating causing me an extra tank of gas and 5 hours extra of my time. U-Haul then charged me extra for my troubles by charging me one way rates instead of in town rates. This was an awful experience and I'm very disappointed in the U-Haul costumer service of being lied to 4 times in less than 12 hours. Shame on you! Please fix it.

I reserved a 26 foot truck weeks in advance. After I arrived to the facility to pick up the truck they said we don't have the truck you reserved available. The closest truck size available was a 15 foot truck. This was not even close to the size I needed and was going to fulfill my needs. I then had to drive 28 miles away there and then back just to get a 20 foot truck and make more trips for my move. I would have appreciated a call in advance before driving to the facility to pick up the truck so they could have at least told me the truck wasn't available. Instead I wasted time and gas making all these extra trips.

Had a big tent in the front that was not marked and they tried to say we did it. Dallas said it is not there job to mark the dent or any other problems. Ok then who's jod is it? We lost sleep over this and still don't know if they are going to charge us. I read the reviews and tried not to rent from there jokes but it was the only close truck available. Reviews don't lie and there is a good reason this place changes owners so often because they just don't care. Maybe u haul should do there research on there franchise owners. Please stay away from this place. You were wanred.

Besides the caked on snot/spit in the drivers door handle, the syrup type spray on the passenger side door, the bed with the dirt and broken glass, and the ramp full of dirt- I would need to rate this a one out of 5 stars. I did not even look at the moving blankets when we got home after the appearance of the rig. After our family disinfected and cleaned the entire rig it was helpful in moving. The condition of the rig was gross pre-covid and especially now. When I returned the rig and mentioned the problems, the response was sorry.

I ordered a 15' van but this location only had 10 or 20' vans, so cost a little more. Attendant was friendly and helpful. Van I picked up was not ready, had to be swept out.

The back of the Uhaul was absolutely filthy. It had a bunch of dried dirt and actual clogs of dirt. I had to clean it before I could put my things in it.

A bill for $162 for a truck rental advertised as $19.95 per day is absolutely unfair. I will not be using U-Haul again and will communicate to friends my dissatisfaction.

The Uhaul was not clean when I came to pickup. The owner of addictive auto works did sweep out the Uhaul before I took it. The Uhaul had a pretty aggressive vibration while driving at certain speeds as well. The driver door didn't seal properly so I had to listen to wind coming through the seal of the door my whole trip.

The smart phone drop off procedures are a travesty! "Take a pic... Take another pic... And yet another..." I don't remember being warned that I need a smart phone WITH reception and a whole lotta patience...

Take away the vendors license he and his large unfriendly dogs at least the dogs acknowledged my friend and I were on the property alerting the vendor who never greeted us or attempted to help us pick up the vehicle or where to go to do so. I was in fear to return the vehicle because of the service and location after picking it up.

...while your location is fine, u-haul needs to significantly improve COMPAY customer service! ...Service provider needs to CLEARLY notify customers of irregular business hours, not only verbally but also posted notifications on closed entries. Further, I was charged for 3 gallons of gas, having driven only 9.5 mi. I returned the vehicle on time and with gas at approximate level at which I rented. I will be contacting u-haul customer service, direct, as I have issues with this and a previous experience of not clearly advertising fees.

inspection needs to improve. the car transport I rented had a damaged 4 wire tail light assembly, two tires with low tire pressure, and the one rubber safety link was missing and the other was damaged beyond use. I ended up using zip ties to keep the u- hooks from slipping out of the tie down chains.

Horrible service made a res for pickup at a different location. Got a call hours later when I was minutes from the original pickup location saying there was no trailer and I needed to drive an extra 55+ miles out of my way to get a trailer!

The truck was filthy on the outside. Bugs all over the windshield. I received no help loading my car onto the auto transport. I ordered 3 dozen blankets, they only had 1 dozen!

Chad went above and beyond on service to meet the rental request, appliance dolly was not in truck rental as requested and he hand delivered one for us. Easy to reach and understanding of the mishap of locking keys in truck at return on the weekend off hours. Will rent U-Haul from here again and recommend this rental site to friends and family.

I was given a trailer with an inoperative left turn signal. I returned the trailer at 1:30 pm, 30 minutes prior to my end of rental period. I was charged twice because they did not check my return in until 6:50 pm. The office closes at 5pm.

Lots of Issues with the online rental... Some of which were My fault but not all Lot person was friendly and helpful and had a Very nice lady call and check on me and move drop off spot for me. But VERY UN HAPPY with your Prices started at 119 which was acceptable But buy the end of Registration it was up to 150 Then another 40$ fuel charge because of on line no paperwork or proof of where gas was and I put Gas in it ......Wont use you Again or recommend to Anyone

No it was a disgusting bar! A bar!!!! There was no drop off. Bartender was like you can leave the keys with me. Then I had to wait on hold 30 min. To get transportation to get me another stop to drop off which was a rundown gas station I was an owner operator for Allied Vanlines with my husband for 14 yrs. This whole thing was disgusting to say the least!!!!!! And will never use you again.

I paid for 1 dozen pads and when I picked the truck up, the pads were not there. I called customer service and they ensured me that I would be refunded the $10 dollars. I understand mistakes happen, but this was big inconvenience for my move.
