GPS makes the location difficult to locate, otherwise everything went great.
Nick PThe morning of pick-up, U-Haul called to tell me that my original 15" truck at a different location was involved in a collision! The scheduler on the phone let me know that they had reserved a different 15" truck at this Independence location instead and took $10 off the base price for the inconvenience, it was great. Getting the truck was quick and I was able to have my partner pick it up for me. We were able to use it for a full 24-hours, and it helped us move our 3-bedroom home. Drop-off was also easy and an employee came out to help us check it in. Will be utilizing U-Haul again in the future!
