The personnel was fast but acted like she wanted me out as fast as possible. Kind of unfriendly as well.

Got to the location and the guy wasn’t there so we had to wait around for 20 minutes for him to show up. This was after being sent to the original location where it wasn’t prepared at all, and nobody was available. The truck itself was in poor mechanical condition. Alignment is off and speedometer was incorrect.
Jesse GRented a 20ft truck. Went to pick it up an battery was dead. Had to wait for guy to run home an get jumper cables an then i told him i just wanted a different truck. Other then that Adeles is a great place

Jeffrey BI made reservation with the local Adele Storage Unit location and your system confirmed to them my rental. However, within 3 hours later, your national service called and changed both the rental of the truck AND pick up location that was not convenient to me. Bottom line. I love Adele’s equipment and service. But did not like at all your national interference that would have made my rental experience major inconvenient for me.

Deanna MWe were instructed to leave an additional trailer at this location that haul requested us to tow with our rental truck. We called the help number and he was helpful to get checked in, but we well there during their doors posted office hours, the open sign was up and no one was there. They were closed several hours early with no post on the door to let us know what to do. I would never tell a lone to use this location. We will be moving again at the end of the year and I will shop around before making my move decision. I will see how the promised credits for towing your trailer get handled as I has no one at drop off to assure me that I even got credit for leaving it with my 15 foot truck. I would like to hear back from someone at haul that you know you have your property back and we cleaned our truck!! I normally do not have any issues with haul and didn't mind doing the towing favor, just want assurance that the i's are dotted and t's are crossed to end this contract..

AMANDA WRented a car Dolly and the winches were rested. So you couldn't use the tire straps still had to pay for 2 days, even though I didn't get to use it and had to tow the car with a tow strap chain uhaul sucks
LAWRANCE WWorst experience ever with Uhaul. Online APP gave me the wrong password for the padlock. Spent the next 20 minutes on hold only to be transferred to someone else. Truck never left Asotin County and I got charged over $84 to move a few things in a 10' truck. 10 foot!!!!! Never again.

Virginia CThe location wasn’t a problem it was the truck that was our issue. We had it half loaded before we noticed a cable on the door wasn’t working. When we reached our destination to unload we found the boxes were all wet on the bottom. When we returned it to our chosen location and explained what happened we basically got told the truck would be removed from service. No sorry or discount or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience it caused us.

I had ordered a trailer that was supposed to have a larger ramp to it, but you guys did not register that trailer to me instead you gave me a trailer that had a smaller ramp. The lady at the place helped me out so she gave me a different exactly had exactly what I wanted. In the future that if you do an app order fulfill the order by putting it right vehicle in place instead of the wrong one. Thank you for your time.

Denis PThe drop-off location was fine, but I was charged for an extra day of rental that i did not use. I rented the dolly on Thursday, February 8, and I dropped off the dolly on Saturday, February 10. Apparently someone decided that it should have been dropped off at a different location, so I was charged for the day that it was moved (February 12). I believe this day of rental ($21.76) should be refunded to me. Directions to drop it off at the other location were sent to me, but they arrived after I had already dropped off the dolly.

Kevin RTake a photo of gas tank prior to use. We filled gas and left it at the same position as when we rented it slightly below a quarter of tank. They expected us to fill it past the quarter of tank and we were charged $66. Do a walk around, download the app and check for any damage etc. Take photos or just don't rent from them at all is the safest bet. We were told this after we had an issue and not at the time of rental. They state they always inform people of this but we did not hear of this until they called back when we had an issue. I will not use Uhaul service again.

I was still charged for that mileage even though those miles were uhaul's fault due to inability to provide the agreed upon vehicle at the agreed upon location. I am very disappointed at the lack of service in this regard.
