The Air filter and filter canister were full of leaves and straw. when I arrived home, I was able to clean out completely. With the summer high temperatures, a clean air filter is very important. I also inflated the tires to the recommended 110 psi. thank you for having this unit available for rental, I would rent again for this facility.

For this location, the only complaint was our windshield was dirty with bugs/dirt. I had to stop at a gas station to clean it as soon as I took the truck. This comment is for U-Haul in general, not this specific location. I requested a one-way U-Haul in Pullman, WA but was assigned to pick-up a truck in Clarkston, WA which was a 39 mile-drive / 50 minutes one-way. I found this unsatisfactory but had no other option. To mitigate this in the future, I believe U-Haul should be proactive in calling customers when their requested pick-up location is unavailable, not send a text 2 days prior because all other available one-way U-Haul trucks were already accounted for by then.

Gary PFor safety reasons, I feel front windshield, side windows and outside mirrors should have been cleaned properly before renting the vehicle to me or anyone else. The outside of front windshield was smeared with bugs and the inside looked like someone tried to wipe off splattered milk which made it very difficult to see driving into the morning sun. The interaction with the staff was excellent! Other than the windshield they were fun and great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adeles location to family/friends...THE FREE POPCORN WAS A NICE TOUCH ALSO! Thank You, Joe
Joseph PThe location didn't do anything wrong. This truck was old and the fan on the AC wasn't working. I had to pull over a few time to adjust the passenger mirror that kept shifting out of place. The cargo area was really beat up and scratched. I've never had a truck like this from. Uhaul.
