Poor lighting, and only open for a few hours on the weekend, so we had to pay the "after hours" return fee. It's also very out of the way.

Rented a car Dolly and the winches were rested. So you couldn't use the tire straps still had to pay for 2 days, even though I didn't get to use it and had to tow the car with a tow strap chain uhaul sucks

Worst experience ever with Uhaul. Online APP gave me the wrong password for the padlock. Spent the next 20 minutes on hold only to be transferred to someone else. Truck never left Asotin County and I got charged over $84 to move a few things in a 10' truck. 10 foot!!!!! Never again.

The appliance dolly I ordered was not loaded into the truck, resulting in me needing to find more help. The dolly was essential to the move. The truck worked great.

The location wasn’t a problem it was the truck that was our issue. We had it half loaded before we noticed a cable on the door wasn’t working. When we reached our destination to unload we found the boxes were all wet on the bottom. When we returned it to our chosen location and explained what happened we basically got told the truck would be removed from service. No sorry or discount or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience it caused us.

The ladies at the place I picked up the Trailer was so nice to me. I had ordered a trailer that was supposed to have a larger ramp to it, but you guys did not register that trailer to me instead you gave me a trailer that had a smaller ramp. The lady at the place helped me out so she gave me a different exactly had exactly what I wanted. In the future that if you do an app order fulfill the order by putting it right vehicle in place instead of the wrong one. Thank you for your time.

The lady working there became very rude when I disputed the condition of the trailer compared to the pictures that I was seeing on my phone during check in. The trailer had lots of rock chips that weren't showing up in the pictures and they was damage in places as well as it being dirty inside..

The drop-off location was fine, but I was charged for an extra day of rental that i did not use. I rented the dolly on Thursday, February 8, and I dropped off the dolly on Saturday, February 10. Apparently someone decided that it should have been dropped off at a different location, so I was charged for the day that it was moved (February 12). I believe this day of rental ($21.76) should be refunded to me. Directions to drop it off at the other location were sent to me, but they arrived after I had already dropped off the dolly.

Take a photo of gas tank prior to use. We filled gas and left it at the same position as when we rented it slightly below a quarter of tank. They expected us to fill it past the quarter of tank and we were charged $66. Do a walk around, download the app and check for any damage etc. Take photos or just don't rent from them at all is the safest bet. We were told this after we had an issue and not at the time of rental. They state they always inform people of this but we did not hear of this until they called back when we had an issue. I will not use Uhaul service again.

The truck I reserved was not available. I had to drive 80 miles round trip to use a truck from another location. I was still charged for that mileage even though those miles were uhaul's fault due to inability to provide the agreed upon vehicle at the agreed upon location. I am very disappointed at the lack of service in this regard.

The person working was on her phone the entire time, after waiting in lobby of office she looked my account up while on phone, told me I was good. Never got off phone which I felt was super rude, and it was clear she was talking to either relative or friend nothing about storage or u hauls.

We were only supposed to rent our unit for 4-6 months max... 2 years later we just moved out (thanks to COVID delays on our shop). The office ladies were always so nice and helpful when I called! They even caught our unit being left unlocked one day after my husband had been in it. They called right away to let me know he had forgotten to slide the bar over before putting the locks on. I would recommend them 100% if you can get on their waiting list! Reasonable price for the size we had and they offer a discount if you pay 3 months at a time. The move out process was simple! I wasn't able to drop the lock off before they closed but they have a mailbox at the office that it could be placed in which saved me from having to make an additional trip up there. Definitely 10/10.

At this location, I reserved a storage unit for about 6 months, I rented a truck for a day, and I closed out my storage unit. It was all a piece of cake! Super friendly people, easy online payment system, ridiculously simply close-out. They need one of those buttons ~ That was easy!

I called one day to see when my bill was due I knew I was either 2 months or one month ahead with moving I unfortunately lost track...the gal was extremely nice told me I was a month ahead and was ready to go!about 5min later I get a call from her saying their was a mistake I ask her to explain it and a man takes over the phone (jeff) starts questioning me why I think I was a month ahead and and if I was why would I be.he counties to tell me how im late and owe several late few in a extremely unprofessional tone..I told him I would just pay it but he was wrong....he calls me back to inform me that I was indeed a month ahead and asked me not to pay early again because it confuses him he never apologized or anything!!!
