I pulled up to get a truck that was E which was very upsetting because I'm already trying move and get things done and just to get there truck on E then I called the people to let know and I was told I was responsible for making sure gas was in the truck when I return it and I get fuel credit I don't won't no fuel credit I don't know how much that is I'm getting back (of my money) or I got fuel credit with you guys when I come back either way it was very unacceptable the person that work there should had made sure that truck had gas not put the responsibility on the customer for the next customer to be all happy about gas in the truck and I didn't get that experience I will never work with uhaul again !!!!!!!!!!Monique S.

When we picked up the truck there was no dolly in the truck and we had paid for a truck with a dolly.Anna C.
Pick up time online was not set correctly, took a long time to check in just to see there was no one to get keys from and there weren't any keys left in the Dropbox. Had to go to a Uhaul store to receive a different truck. They didn't include the utility dolly and the back of the truck was covered in ashes. When returning it showed my fuel was below the indicated amount. In the paperwork it showed it should be returned with a full tank but the truck only had half a tank when I picked it up. My card was charged $76 which should've been refunded my now but it has not. I've used Uhaul a dozen times and this is the worst experience I've had. The only helpful person was Alissa as she directed a replacement truck and issued refunds for missing equipment. She did her best to make the experience quick and smooth.Skyler H.
