I wouldn’t do a contactless rental again. This was a closed car wash location with a lot full of old cars making it unclear where to park a 20ft truck. There was no personnel at this lot

Had to hook up myself. No one there I had to Waite for them to show up. Very dirty place. I would like to request a refund of some of my rental.

Location was closed at 07:15 pm, sign said open until 08:00 pm.

The app would not work to let us return the vehicle. We had to call and then access the website to return the vehicle. Again took 30 minutes to return by the time we got the tech to work and took all the pictures. U-Haul is the cheapest way to move but it seems like the App should work better. Or at least people should be told it will take awhile. Frustrating to get to the end of a hot tiring day moving and run into snags.

I got charged a $20 after hours drop-off fee when I had a 2-day reservation for the trailer. At no time was I told about this charge during the online reservation process.

In the beginning of our experience I would not have recommended this location, but during issues that arose the gentleman proved to be very responsible and helpful, and took care of everything!
