The exterior and front cabin were in perfect condition as I expected for a brand new vehicle. The entire floor mat in back was disgusting and soiled. I was embarrassed to arrive at a pickup for a new piece of furniture and when I opened up the side door and rear door. Luckily they had a tarp I laid down to protect the furniture. The hand dolly and pads were not included although I paid for both. The facility is not open on Sunday's so I was forced to rent at another big box store. (Wasted time). Additionally, the lock was very difficulty to access and required a call to the 800 number and an additional wait time. The location had limited wifi so the mobile check-in was extremely difficult as I kept getting kicked off. Because of this issue, the return was impossible to navigate. I just wound up throwing the keys in the box and hoping for the best. I had to make two separate calls just to get a refund on the dolly and furniture pads that were not included. The truck itself was nice and clean and the customer service on the phone were helpful but wait times and call back times were ridiculous. 50 minutes.Roxanne R.
The location was closed when I dropped the truck (late fees for 1 day expected), and I left the key in the box. The instructions were not clear. Then I was charged for extra 2 days instead of extra 1 day. Why? because the check-in was done after 10am, even though I returned it the evening before. The first thing you need to do in the morning is check-in returned equipment, or at least check and mark to yourself which equipment was already returned when you were gone. You can't just decide to check equipment in late and then charge late fees for that. The truck was there from last night.Moran A.

The seats were full of dog furr. We returned the van on the same day at 3:15PM We were told that we had 24hs to return it. We were charged an after hours fee of $20 Why? Not fair and does not make sense at all. The gas was 3/4 and we returned almost full tank. Uhaul is always a sad surprise. You always over charge. UnfairTatiana D.

Picking up the 10' truck was a nightmare trying to locate the place. The gentlemen behind the count didn't tell me the truth the cost was ballooned high. This entire process was unbelieve AWFUL! Contacting a rep for assistant was the worse experience I have ever had to dealt with. I should have learn from my lesson/experience in November 2021 NOT TO USE U HAUL Ever AGAIN. Lesson has now been learn. The truck had ISSUSES to which I was not able to get addressed. U Haul NEEDS TO MAINTAIN THE TRUCK, TIRES better than what they do.CYNTHIA L.

I was told I wasn't going to be charged the drop off fee for not doing it online which I was never told to do so by the agents where I picked up the equipment. I contacted U-Haul when I dropped off the equipment and was told that I would not be charged any more money but they did charge me for the drop off charge. They don't have enough trucks available at this location. Had one reserved and the person before us apparently didn't bring it back in time or they overbooked for the day. We weren't notified in anyway and the guy at this location didn't seem to know what was going on. Told us to call UHaul. Tried that and there was a 30 min wait to talk to someone when we were already running late because of the truck being unavailable. We had to pay more for a bigger unit. When the location setup a new reservation for us, he charged us for the insurance without asking. Then we were late coming back since we were an hour late heading out to pack up our house due to the issue. So we were not only charged another $40 for the truck, but another insurance fee that we didn't want to begin with. Definitely not going to be using UHaul again when we are ready to move into our new home in 2 weeks. Awful experience.LUKE B.
I was not told I would need to do a survey BEFORE turning the keys in. I took the survey in the return parking lot AFTER turning the keys in. As a result I could not take pictures of inside the van or get an accurate reading of the odometer. I took a guess because I glanced at it by chance 1x.
