I could not access the mobile app at this siter and had to call the U-Haul in order to get the vehicle. Fortunately, the agent on the phone was very good and was able to complete the transaction in about 10 minutes. I had the same issue when I returned the truck. Also, I had rented the truck for one day and was originally charged for two days. It took me several phone calls to get the issue properly addressed.

They were not prepared for the equipment I turned in. The old guy tried to get me to wedge the trailer into a parking spot for him because he couldn’t do it. Now he has the nerve to charge me for 2 gallons of gas when I had to drive a full day with my arm hanging out the window because of a broken mirror. I get unsafe, defective equipment and a $12 gas charge is my reward. So cheap and petty. That’s what I call poor customer service.

JEFFREY WThere was spots of blood on inside driver window/door trim. I was told a price online but then when I got there it was almost 60$ more. Yes they did fix once manger came over. My only issue was at drop off it said I owed for 30 miles over the allowed miles. Verberal I was told a day and 50 allowed miles. (My fault for not reading over the contract before signing but in my defense I was never shown anything so I went based off what I was told) To be honest I feel that "I got got" The 98$ I was told would be my total for a day and 50 miles + taxes and fees online WAS not the total when I went to pick up rental!! I don't like being lied too!

Courtney DUhaul made me find equipment I reserved at other locations. They called me at 9:30am to say that they didn’t have the moving blankets or hand trucks. At the very least, Uhaul should have sourced those for me. Locations don’t usually rent blankets and hand trucks unless you rent the truck .
